Assembly integrates with ADP Workforce Now® to enable employee rewards and recognition in your organization on ADP. This integration pulls basic details of active workers from ADP Workforce Now and onboards them on to Assembly platform application.

ADP Workforce Now workers can then use Assembly to send recognition points to their colleagues which can be redeemed for gift cards on Assembly.

  • Assembly’s AI Reporting & Insights analyzes recognition and engagement outcomes using generative AI. Admins and managers can simply ask natural language questions and receive instant, personalized answers about their team’s participation, company trends, and key themes. Our friendly and helpful assistant, DoraAI, will also spot trends for you and suggest meaningful visualizations in charts, graphs, and tables. For example, the distribution of recognition given and received across employees, departments, and teams, interaction levels across office locations, or involvement over time in company engagement and community initiatives.

  • Assembly’s AI Flow Summaries aggregate and condense the responses employees share in Assembly's Flows. Flows are customizable, structured social feeds asking employees to post and respond to questions or prompts — freeform responses, survey ratings, file uploads, multiple choice, and many more. This helps leaders and teams automate and supercharge engagement and social community initiatives. AI Flow Summaries can help leaders quickly and efficiently understand employee feedback by summarizing prevailing themes, analyzing sentiment of open-text survey responses, and providing summaries of anonymous suggestion boxes.

  • Lastly, DoraAI Q&A allows for the storage and retrieval of information through natural language questions within the Assembly platform. This tool enables employees to rapidly find company-specific information such as HR policies or announcements, thereby streamlining access to critical information and improving the efficiency of information sharing.

The culture rewards section in Assembly is a great one! This section is fully customizable and can be used for great initiatives like access to mentorship, access to continuing education, company swag and teambuilding events. Some common culture rewards are lunch with the CEO, virtual lunch with the CMO, shadow someone from a different department for a day, take a day off to volunteer, take an e-course paid for by the company etc. If you can dream it and fulfill it, by all means add it to the culture section of Assembly!

Company Branding

When you go live with Assembly, you don’t want to be looking at Assembly’s logo. You want to have the main feed look and feel like your brand. With Assembly, you can add in your own logo and customize the currency (the points employees can give to one another) to reflect your brand. For example, Assembly loves carrots and the Assembly currency in our own account is a carrot. Now when anyone gives recognition, the receiving person would say, “thanks for the Carrots”. The goal is participation and the more friendly, fun and familiar you can make your account, the better it’s going to be!
