Data Sync Frequency
- The scheduled data sync frequency varies based on the client's preference.
For example, once per day or once per hour may be desired and can be accommodated.
Also, there is the ability to "not sync" when compensation plans are frozen during the compensation managing and allocation period. This is based on client requirements.
(The data sync function is sometimes referred to as an "API Call.")

ADP Vantage HCM® users can now move data from the System of Record to HRSoft with a standardized, pre-built Connector. The Connector will select the relevant data fields and transfer that data to HRSoft. Having the Connector adds efficiency to the configuration and implementation process.
