How we use AI

  • Through machine learning technology, Kokomo’s software solutions leverage predictive analysis to help administrators identify high-risk individuals and situations, enabling faster and more appropriate safety responses.

    Kokomo’s predictive analysis works by ingesting all data from an organization to recognize potentially harmful, repetitive patterns of bad behavior. For example, an employee with high rates of chronic absenteeism, diagnosed mental health issues, and a history of disciplinary action at work may be considered a high-risk individual, allowing you to intervene before it’s too late.

  • Kokomo’s machine learning also automatically filters all anonymous reports that come through its system, determining if a report is credible through a TruScore rating. The technology uses metadata collected during the organization’s history of submissions, and even predicts the most likely incident type based on previous reports.

    Administrators have access to all data and ultimately decide the best course of action to prevent violence, including intervention. The product does not make decisions on the administrators’ behalf.
