I have all the features in one place and it is easy to automate processes, and communications and invest less time to manage the hiring processes. Also, the customer support team is VERY fast and approachable. I use it daily for all our tasks. I find it easy to integrate it with other tools and job boards. I like that now we depend less on the CX team and can solve things by myself (e.g. moving requisitions to specific roles).
