  • Feedback and Writing Assistance: When managers or employees provide feedback, set goals, write reviews, or participate in surveys within GoalSpan, they can activate Intelli for real-time text analysis. Intelli suggests improvements for readability, impact, spelling, grammar, and clarity, allowing users to accept, edit, or reject the suggested revisions.
  • Performance Review Meetings: During performance reviews, Intelli provides a summary of key findings, highlighting employee strengths, growth areas, and suggesting pertinent questions for both employees and managers. This feature facilitates more productive and forward-focused review meetings.
  • Reporting: Intelli analyzes and consolidates performance data by various groups such as Employee, Manager, and Job Title. It generates reports displaying key findings, strengths, and growth areas. These reports help managers make informed talent management decisions by summarizing performance data for their entire team.

  • Data Protection and Security
    Intelli is powered by OpenAI Connect through a secure API, ensuring that no identifying data is used for AI processing.     Intelli provides recommendations to assist human decision-makers in improving their performance management practices. These recommendations are not determinative and should be considered as one of many tools available to managers. Intelli does not make employment decisions such as hiring, firing, promotion, or assignment.

    GoalSpan continuously monitors and tests Intelli to ensure the accuracy and relevance of its recommendations. Users are encouraged to provide feedback on any inaccurate or unrelated results, helping us improve the system.
