A Great Experience with Quantum Workplace
I use Quantum every day! I like that I can track my goals over time and reference my goals in my performance reviews. It is really easy to add a goal, track my progress toward the goal, and edit the goal as needed. I also like that we use quantum for anonymous surveys. It feels like our data is safe and easy to digest.

A good tool for your goals
The UI is quite simple, it has some features that I use lots of the time (personal goals, team goals, praise for coworkers). It helps me keep track of my progress, and I like to see the progress bar on my goals!
