How we use AI

  • Quantum Workplace Engagement uses AI capabilities, including our AI agent Cue, to help organizations analyze employee feedback and guide follow-up action.

    Cue analyzes data collected across the Quantum Workplace platform, including engagement survey responses, employee comments, performance data, growth activity, and recognition and rewards information. The AI reviews these data sources together to identify trends, key drivers, and areas that may require leadership attention.

    Insights are surfaced directly within the product experience. In Insights Hub, Cue generates topic-based summaries, visualizations, and explanations that highlight important patterns and relationships across people data. Leaders can explore these insights by drilling into topics or asking follow-up questions through an in-product conversational interface.

  • Within the engagement survey workflow, AI helps leaders interpret results by identifying priority focus areas and highlighting metrics that show meaningful change or potential risk. Managers also receive AI-generated discussion prompts when reviewing results with their teams to support structured conversations following survey completion.

    AI capabilities are also used to analyze open-ended employee comments, grouping feedback into summarized themes so leaders can review large volumes of responses efficiently while preserving the context of employee sentiment.

    Quantum Workplace’s AI features operate within each customer’s secure environment. Customer data is not shared across organizations, and users maintain control over decisions and actions taken based on AI-generated insights.
