Easy to use and integrate
Expensify is powerful and really smart. It has options to read receipts and break down how much the bill and tax for each platform should be. I use these services at least twice a month. I used to send the receipts to my Gmail inbox, but now Expensify allows me to send the receipts straight to the platform inbox, and it automatically converts my email into a expense report. I would fully recommend Expensify to anyone that likes keeping their reports tidy.

Expensify makes submitting and managing expenses really easy whether I’m using the website or the mobile app. I can quickly upload receipts, categorise expenses, and send reports for approval without any confusion or extra steps. It saves a lot of time, especially when I’m traveling or managing recurring expenses. The whole process feels smooth and straightforward and I like being able to track where my reports are in the approval process

It is SO easy to use! Fast and IF there is ever an issue, they help you SUPER quickly! It integrates very well with QuickBooks, and makes it easy for our employee's to track their receipts. We use it everyday.
Easy to use Expense Management Product
We use expensify to keep track of all expenses we make during business trips. I love that the platform has multiple ways to capturing expense from forwarding address, to website to the app. One of my killer features is the ability to take a picture to add expense using the app. I never have to forget adding an expense and that's how easy it is!! I also like that the app highlights potential duplicates if it detects any. Overall, I highly recommend the app!
The Expensify Chat Feature with Your finance Admin during Expense reports submission is Gold!
I love the fact that I can chat with my finance admin on Expensify after I submit my expense reports just to offer clarity where need be. I have no need for lengthy emails or calls to explain myself. All I do is File my reports attach receipts, provide clarity notes , submit and just like that i'm done. A very easy process. I have been doing this every month for over one year seamlessly. I have never reached out to Expensify customer support since there is no need to. No glitches, no lags! It is probably my favourite feature.

Expensify is very easy to use and really helps with keeping track of my expenses. Getting reimbursed for travel expenses such as mileage is simple to do and the time it takes for reimbursement is quick. It is also helpful for getting paid for education expenses.
