ADP Representatives are there for you to answer questions and help you make changes to your payroll 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! It is such an easy program to use. If you forget how to do something send an email or call. I use it every week to run payroll, I have used ADP for my HR compliance booklet. They help you get set up. ADP is easy to set up with QuickBooks, and yes, representatives can help with this, too. I absolutely Love ADP!
