Econz also has a FREE supervisor app that enable Supervisors and Team

The Econz mobile application works in and out of coverage with our "store and
forward" feature.

Time and Attendance
Timecard GPS time and attendance features allows: Individual, Supervisor, Teams, and Crews to clock in and out of departments, location, projects, jobs, cost codes and temporary cost numbers. The time and attendance data can be rounded depending on the customer needs as well as documenting breaks, meals, and premium pay calculations. Timecard GPS can capture time and attendance information from outside of cellular coverage (Store and Forward) allowing for easy use by your field or office staff. Employee and multiple level timesheet approval (via Digital Signature) are available depending on the customer pay cycles and levels of approvals required. The Timecard GPS portal currently supports over 40 reports that can be automated and also has the ability to integrate into ERP and CRM systems for job costing information, if needed. Technology

Scheduling
Econzs' powerful scheduling system allows your administrative staff to manage field workers individually or within teams using specifically allocated tasks for one day or recurring tasks and rosters. The schedule screen offers different views to optimize this process, including a project view for those running schedules specific to a set of projects/tasks.
Job Costing
With Timecard GPS, your staff can have access to a few projects or thousands of projects depending on their current location, a specified radius, trade, team, division and/or your company structure. Capturing job costing information automatically via timesheets which also include jobs/clients, activities, phases, and of course cost codes makes life easy. All this data provides better insight into work and projects being done by your team and the costs associated with that work. Timecard GPS makes it very easy to manage job costing data in the field and within the office.

Reports can be viewed and automatically scheduled to be sent to management in PDF and CSV output.

Time Clock Kiosk
Allow groups of employees to clock in/out with an employee PIN from a single device which includes jobs and activities.
Photo capture, meal and rest alerts/notifications, and digital signatures are included to help employers stay complaint with federal and state wage hour laws.
Kiosk clock in is an easy way for multiple employees to clock in/out on a single device using a dedicated PIN. Photo capture can also be activated to ensure the person logging in is accurate and documented.

Supervisor Application
Econz Supervisor Application allows managers/supervisors to approve/edit/reject employees time sheets , view their teams location as well as current job activities from their Android or Apple devices.
