The integration between Reflektive and ADP Workforce Now enables HR teams, executives, managers, and employees to see up-to-date information in Reflektive. On a daily basis, Reflektive will pull relevant data from ADP Workforce Now such as gender, department, and job title. These fields populate automatically in Reflektive, so that employees can schedule 1:1s with relevant stakeholders, assign goals to the right coworkers, and more.
