Automatically have your employees from ADP Workforce Now sync over into EasyClocking. Employee data brought over into EasyClocking includes First Name, Last Name, Hired Date, Department, Position, ADP Company Code, and ADP Employee Unique ID.

Access and sign-in
- ADP single sign-on: Purchasers and users assigned through ADP Marketplace can sign in to EasyClocking through the ADP Marketplace My apps page.
Data sync frequency
- Scheduled – once a day
Data fields
- EasyClocking will send the following fields to ADP:
1. Regular Time
2. Overtime
3. Vacation Hours
4. Sick Hours
5. PTO Hours
6. Other Custom Pay Codes, e.g. Bereavement, Jury Duty (these earn codes must be configured in ADP Workforce Now and then will be mapped in EasyClocking) - EasyClocking will read the following fields from ADP:
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Hired Date
4. Department
5. Position
6. ADP Company Code
7. ADP Employee Unique ID
Create Employees in Both Systems
Employees can be created in either ADP Workforce Now® or EasyClocking. However, employees created in EasyClocking will not be created in ADP. Employees created in ADP will have to either be linked to an existing EasyClocking employee or created (and linked) to a new EasyClocking employee
