Real-time status of all activities
Quickly access the exact status of each activity reported through MyMelita portal including the completed tasks and the upcoming tasks due and the person to which those tasks are assigned.
If due dates are missed, the system will send reminder emails to the assignee until tasks are completed.

Through our partnership with Box.com, all of your HR, Benefits and Payroll documents and records are stored and integrated with your MyMelita portal.
You can even migrate all of your current HR files to the cloud storage system for a consolidated file storage system.
And it's completely portable so it goes with you whether you continue to use MyMelita or not.
Paperless, Automated PAN Feature
Configure your custom preferences as to what types of changes require a PAN (Personnel Action Notice) and who must approve PAN changes.
Changes entered into MyMelita will automatically trigger the appropriate PAN and route via DocuSign for e-signature by the required approvers.
Final signed PAN is then saved to your integrated cloud HR File Management
Activity Dashboard
Dashboards of key metrics such as employee survey scores, breakdown of voluntary regrettable vs non-regrettable terminations, employee support activity broken down by category, and more.
Ability to run detailed reports for any time period showing the specific details for any of the dashboards.
