What I love most about working with G-P is the people, Adrian Salazar is a standout in particular! He is prompt in all communications and requests and is always available no matter the how urgent the need and request is. Often times, I will be stumped in how to approach are certain scenario or need resources I am having a difficult time locating. When this happens, Adrian and the G-P team are quick to assist and/or delegate to the pertinent parties when the nuanced expertise may not sit with him. However, this is rare as his breath and depth of knowledge are incredibly robust. Above all, I would say that the client service of other providers pales in comparison to the stellar support provided to my team on a daily basis! Other notable mentions are the ease of getting setup with G-P and the ability to utilize the platform with ease given the simple yet intuitive UI. There are several tools and resources in the platform making it rather simple to locate a variety of answers, resources, and information needed to support our professionals. With all of that said, I'd like to reiterate that the customer service is what sets G-P apart for its competitors. -Dawid

Customer support is generally fast and responsive. Salary always arrives on time. GP's platforms for entering administrative data like time off is intuitive and easy to use.

I was able to easily navigate through the platform as a new user and new to G-P;Very intuitive. The articles were very helpful eventhough screen shots made for a easy review for time sake. A huge shout out to Adrian Salazar! This guy did some amazing pivoting (system barriers) to get me to the finish line given a time crunch (to hire) and made me look amazing to my boss. He's friendly and accommodated my need to be hand held lol.
