Poor service and incorrect interpretation of IRS rules
Unfortunately, there isn't much good I can say about this service. Their interpretations of IRS rules are off and tend to be on the draconian side. Would not recommend. However, their phone support representatives are polite and patient.
Decline FSA for Dr payments
Nothing so far. If a charge qualifies they do not have a right to refuse
Mostly User Friendly
I like that the main dashboard has {mostly} the information I am looking for. We use it for Lifestyle Spending, Dependent Care and Healthcare Spending.
