  • EOB (Explanation of Benefits) Smart Scan provides consumers with a quick and easy way to create a claim in the Mobile Application by simply taking a picture of their EOB. Consumers are able to extract relevant data from EOB documents from several different carriers.

Consumer Pathways for HSAs

  • WEX uses data-driven insights to help participants in their HSA journey. Through Consumer Pathways, journeys are designed to influence and improve the participant’s overall healthcare financial outlook by encouraging growth of healthcare savings. Results are reported through WEX Benefit Analytics so that employers can readily see the impact that engagement is having on the lives of participants.
