Let's Chat for Consumer Portal
Let’s Chat uses AI to provide 24/7/365 support for common questions and concerns. Let’s Chat allows participants to quickly connect with a Participant Service agent on questions like “What is my balance?”, “How can I order a new debit card?” or “I need assistance resetting my password.” Through chat, we can quickly provide suggestions and links to the resources for consumer questions.
This allows customer service agents to focus on more complex problems. In addition to Let’s Chat, employees can also reach WEX or access WEX-related information through the Participant Services phone line, customer support requests, chat support, or the participant knowledge base.
EOB SmartScan
EOB (Explanation of Benefits) Smart Scan provides consumers with a quick and easy way to create a claim in the mobile application by taking a picture of their EOB. When a participant takes a photo of their EOB, Smart Scan uses AI to extract the relevant data needed to make their claim request.
Consumers review the information entered and have options to edit manually or rescan their EOB. Once the consumer has ensured the information is accurate, they can submit their claim request.
Consumer Pathways for HSAs
WEX uses data-driven insights to help participants in their HSA journey. Our Consumer Pathways feature uses AI to design journeys that provide participants with guidance and suggestions on HSA contributions, investment options, and utilization of their funds. Results are reported through WEX Benefit Analytics so employers can readily see the impact that engagement is having on the lives of participants. Participants are required to review and confirm their decisions regarding HSA spending and investments. We offer convenient access to their HSA accounts and investment options through our online consumer portal and benefits mobile app.
