Brainier Connector for ADP Vantage HCM®

I have used many LMS solutions and Brainier is by far the easiest. Their suppoer is the best. I love our Implementation Specialist. The training, weekly meetings, Brainier Experience platform, and everything that comes along with it has made it a breeze to implement.

The staff has been great to work with and are always prompt in helping troubleshoot or brainstorm ideas. After having three different LMS options for employees, this has been the one that admin roles have preferred the most for ease of use. We are able to use multiple features that our other systems did not have to comply with our needs; specifically, we love being able to create evaluations for on-the-job skills.

I love how adaptable inavigate and utilise. Its adaptability is particularly commendable, allowing seamless integration into our existing systems and workflows. The feature I appreciate most is its robust grouping and automatic assignment capabilities, which streamline the training process and significantly reduce administrative burdens. Additionally, Brainier offers a plethora of reporting options, both customisable and pre-built, catering to diverse analytical needs. Notably, the support team exemplifies excellence, consistently providing prompt and effective assistance.

I liek the ability to map out learning paths for various programs, divisions and levels of employees. I love the ability Brainier provides to customize the elarning experience and I love how easy it is for our employees to access their learning paths.

The modules are short and to the point. Easily understood without being over-simplified.

It has a very effective ease of use model for an LMS. This makes it easy to run reports and administer training for smaller organizations.

Navigation of the Brainier platform is so simple, from both a user and an administrator perspective it's like night and day compared to other system. Our users enjoy the fun element of levelling up their 'Brainiac status' by earning badges for activities on the system. Implementation was a breeze with a dedicated impmentation manager from Brainier assigned to our project - she took the time to consider how the platform can best align with our organizational needs and structure. Brainier also actively reviews customer ideas/requests for site features and functionality - they truly care about the end user experience!

We just completed implementation about a month ago so experience is limited. That said, our implementation was smooth and on time. Our implementation contact was incredibly knowledgable and responded very timely to inquiries. While I haven't had to use their customer support yet, if it is anything like the support we received during implementation, I will be very satisfied!

I like the ease of use of Brainier as an Admin. So far, I haven't come across anything that I can't figure out how to do in a matter of minutes. Outside of the platform though (and I have used a few LMS platforms in the past), it's Brainier support that really increases it's value to me. I have been able to connect with a support person normally in the same day and have a simple, easy rectification to my issue. And when it's an issue that isn't user-error, they take the time to work on the problem.

I liked the flexibility of the Brainier team. During our implementation we changed direction and increased our scope of the implementation. The Brainier team was easy to work with, adjusted quickly and got presentations in front of the right people quicky. This allowed to stay on track with our implementation timeline! Our ease of implementation went off without a hitch. We trained both our salary and hourly staff with no issues. Both user groups are using the system in different ways and all of our training sessions were seamless.
