Adp is great. I absolutely love it and it make things at work extremely easy

Adp gave you everything you needed to know about your payments and job and it was very easy to use. Customer support was very helpful. They also have a lot features taht can be helpful
User Friendly
It makes HR processes smooth and is relatively user friendly. I've used it for payroll, performance reviews, benefits, PTO, and recruiting. I use the system a few times a week for my position and have never had any issues.
Disappointing Experience from Day 1
Nothing yet, it is not user friendly, all employee detail is not maintained in one place, it's in multiple modules. Information updated in one module, does not translate to the same information in another module.

The website is the easiest to navigate i have seen to see benefits and request time off.

I like that ADP offers support via phone. Also, you get to talk to an actual human being.

ADP Workforce now is a great tool combining all of our HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time, & Attendance all in one platform! No more hunting around in different portals everything is right where we want it easy an accessible. Customer support is always there willing to work on any issues. I use it every day as part of my job and love how easy it is to get what I need from it. Implementation was so amazing and fast! We only had a few weeks to get payroll running and ADP implementation team got it done on time! So impressed.
