Ricardo was so very helpful! Gameday Men's Health is the fastest growing Men's Health Clinic in the US and they were well equipped to help us and get us up an running. The MedTrainer platform is very easy to use but if you ever get stuck I would just email Ricardo and he was quick and super helpful!
Basic LMS that does what it needs to.
MedTrainer is simple to use, and meets our basic compliance requirements. This is used for our annual compliance training program and built in reporting helps to identify who needs to complete segments.
Do not Recommend
Support replies rapidly (80% of the time, other times it takes months, even with follow up). Has a good education library for workers.
Great Customer Support
The staff members in each department are knowledgable of the product and more than willing to help. The response time is great. The platform is intuitive. I like that you can upload and implement your own training to the platform and track completion.
