Automatic Employee Updates

• Ensures that employee data in SnapEval is always up-to-date with the latest changes in ADP Workforce Now.
• SnapEval uses the ‘Reports to’ data to automatically establish Reporting Relationships that define ‘who is responsible to give feedback to whom.’
• SnapEval automatically creates 'groups' and populates them with employees based on employees' Job Code/Job Title and Department Code/Department Name assignment in Workforce Now.
