Use Cases
- Maxwell Health automates the updating of benefit deductions into ADP Workforce Now. If there is an update to an employee's benefit deductions in Maxwell, it will be sent over to ADP using the API integration in real time.
Data Fields
- The following fields will be sent from Maxwell Health to ADP:
- Benefit Deduction Amount
- Benefit Deduction Effective Date
- Benefit Deduction End Date
- The following fields will be sent from ADP to Maxwell Health in order to match up employees between the two systems:
- Employee Name
- Date of Birth
- Social Security Number
