Integration Details
The Cornerstone Connector for Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Integration provides recruiters a seamless process to identify applicants that may qualify for the WOTC tax credits. With this integration, recruiters are able to assign ADP WOTC questionnaires from within the Cornerstone portal to determine qualification. This enables organizations to maximize tax credits through federal programs in support of hiring from targeted populations.

- 1. Assign a WOTC assessment from within Cornerstone
2. Candidates may launch the WOTC assessment when completing their application in Cornerstone
3. Cornerstone sends the candidate's data to ADP
4. High-level summary of a candidate's WOTC eligibility will be displayed in Cornerstone
5. Cornerstone will send an update to ADP when a candidate has been hired

- 3. Job Title
- 4. Offer hourly rate or salary
- 5. Location organizational unit ID of requisition candidate applied to
