ICIMS trains its models on billions of data points across candidate profiles, job applications and hires. The models are never trained on gender, sexual orientation, address, or social media activity, to help mitigate bias. For its generative AI features, iCIMS leverages Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI large language model for its robustness and security.
