I love using Cornerstone Performance at my workplace, as it is so easy to use for creating goals, assigning team goals, aligning goals to corporate objectives, and then assessing performance based on those goals. CSOD gives you options on how you want to assess performance, either via individual goal ratings, averaging goal ratings, or individual performance ratings based on employee or manager input. There are so many options available to administrators, you can create a performance management program that meets your needs.
