Based on use case, Flexspring's Taleo Enterprise Edition with ADP turnkey connector comes in three flavors: New Hires from Taleo Enterprise Edition to ADP; employee updates from ADP to Taleo Enterprise Edition, and custom fields from Taleo Enterprise Edition to ADP. You pay only for the use case or connections that you need.
Additionally, Flexspring offers a custom version and turnkey version for the first two use case connectors.

- 1. New Hires from Taleo Enterprise Edition to ADP
As soon as a hiring manager presses the new hire button in Taleo Enterprise Edition, new hire data is automatically synced in ADP with essential information needed to process payroll in real-time.
2. Employee Updates from ADP to Taleo Enterprise Edition As soon as current employee data is changed in ADP, the data is automatically updated in Taleo Enterprise Edition in real time.
3. Custom Fields Custom fields, unique to your business, related to a person or their job can be added. If you have either person or worker custom fields in ADP (beyond ADP standard fields) that you would like to populate with data from Taleo Enterprise Edition—a custom field add-on is needed.

Some businesses can use the turnkey version. This lower-priced option works with standard field names and standard data syntax. The turnkey option is a complete integration that involves no custom mapping from Turnkey experts.
As long as your business matches the standard data field names and syntax in both Taleo Enterprise Edition and ADP, you can use the turnkey option to complete your integration. Additionally, if your internal team would like to change the data field names in Taleo Enterprise Edition and/or ADP to match a turnkey connector’s data field requirements, you can also use a turnkey version.
