Its been great to work with both Syed and Shamsheer! I have limited technical experience on setting up a payroll integration but thanks to their patience and guidance we have been able to fix all of our issues and move forward with our project. I appreciate that they go above and beyond to explain and simplify Technical information. Syed and Shasheer coordinate meetings well. I appreciate all of our meetings where we troubleshoot and fix problems on calls. They are great at responding to questions and concerns. These guys are truly amazing! I am glad I had the opportunity to work with them.

Experienced some issues during the initial go live but all have since been resolved and the program runs as expected. The interface runs great when setup and mapped correctly. The support staff is also very responsive and issues resolved quickly.
