• ADP Vantage HCM data, such as company hierarchy and employee location, is populated in Onboard, ready to use.
• Additionally, employee and W-4 information that is added in HR Cloud is sent back to ADP so your data stays in sync across both platforms.

How we use AI

The user provides the necessary input, including required information and tone of voice. The AI then generates a suggested copy. Clients can choose to modify this or request an alternative. Once satisfied with the output, they can proceed with posting, sending emails, and more.
The AI's suggestions are just that — suggestions. Clients should conduct their own research to determine the best course of action for individual employment situations.
