ADP Recruiting Management (ADPRM) is integrated with ADP systems of record (SOR) including ADP® Next Gen HCM, ADP Vantage HCM®, ADP Enterprise HR®, and ADP Workforce Now®, which allows to send new hires to these applications. ADPRM's integration with ADP SORs helps clients easily transition an applicant from recruiting to payroll. ADPRM also extracts employee, and organization information from the SOR so that the new hire integration works seamlessly.
