Integration Details
The ADP Workforce Now® integration creates new employee records in ADP when you hire candidates in JobScore. When activated, a new section called "Confirm details to add to ADP" will appear after you hire a candidate in JobScore. The integration moves the candidate's name, email, address & self-reported EEO information from JobScore to ADP Workforce Now® when you hire them.

Instant, Automatic Data Transfer
When you hire a candidate in JobScore, you can instantly create new hire records in ADP Workforce Now® with one click. Available information including name, email, phone number, address, anticipated start date, and self-reported EEO data are smartly pre-populated in ADP.
Make Recruiting & Marketing Happy
The JobScore ADP Workforce Now® connector allows JobScore customers to customize their job titles and job locations without the need to change anything in ADP. This means you can keep your internal HR codes & content in ADP Workforce Now® and use create whatever titles and locations you need separately in JobScore.
Seamless New Hire Onboarding
Because data transfer is instantaneous, you can click kick things off in ADP and start your new hire workflow the moment someone is hired - so no one slips through the cracks. Once you're in ADP Workforce Now® click on the "In Progress Hires" Tab. Once you've clicked on the in-progress hires tab, click on the name of the candidate you just hired to start on-boarding.
