How we use AI
Kokomo’s machine learning also automatically filters all anonymous reports that come through its system, determining if a report is credible through a TruScore rating. The technology uses metadata collected during the organization’s history of submissions, and even predicts the most likely incident type based on previous reports.
Administrators have access to all data and ultimately decide the best course of action to prevent violence, including intervention. The product does not make decisions on the administrators’ behalf.
