Integration with ADP

With the TeamBridge Data Connector for ADP Workforce Now®, you can now automatically pull your employee information into your TeamBridge account. You can also easily send your complete pay sheets to ADP for processing without risking errors or needing to export complex spreadsheets.

How we use AI

  • TeamBridge uses AI to categorize and format data to help make our customers’ workflows more efficient.

    As with much of the TeamBridge platform, TeamBridge’s Smartfields AI feature can help streamline and automate teams’ operations. This allows TeamBridge admins to create entirely custom AI workflows to meet their needs without the need for any technical training or expertise.

    TeamBridge AI Smartfields are automatically filled-in columns that use artificial intelligence and LLMs (large language models). Smartfields allow you to simply describe how you would like to fill in the data, along with the context needed to evaluate, The SmartField can then process your request and fill in the data automatically.

  • Smartfields have been used to:
    • Translate shift notes or reformat any text into your preferred structure.
    • Identify potential fraud by evaluating the outliers you typically look for. Note that these models are meant to help flag potential issues as you may describe them, but will not fully replace any checks you have in place.
    • Prioritize and sort tasks based on due date or impact.
    • And so much more!
