One on One employee text chat
Enables HR departments and Managers to chat (two-way) directly through text to an employee. An historical text record is recorded with a specific employee. Employees can also text in questions that they might have. Text is an optional module that compliments the ActionTrac Text broadcast capability. Text chat can be added day one or added down the road.
