How we use AI

• MangoApps’ AI is organized into two major categories:
  • MangoApps AI Studio, which enables you to build custom, no-code AI solutions that work with your enterprise data
  • The MangoApps Platform AI features, which bring AI to every aspect of MangoApps to enhance the employee experience such as universal accessibility, content personalization, and security and compliance

  MangoApps AI Studio is an enterprise solution that allows administrators to design and deploy AI Experts to tackle workplace communication and efficiency challenges, helping to boost productivity for individuals, teams, and departments. Specifically, AI Experts can be connected to popular large language models (LLMs), such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT models or Anthropic’s Claude models, and utilize existing company content as contextual knowledge to respond to employee prompts.
  
  AI Experts can take on various forms and can be restricted to a role-based access system, directly tailoring to specific employee job functions and security requirements. Some examples of these AI Experts can include:
• 
  1. HR & IT Support Experts that provide instant self-service responses to common employee questions, reducing support staff workload and enhancing employee satisfaction.
  2. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Experts that make it easy for employees to quickly find information related to their department’s SOPs, helping ensure consistent workflow support across the entire team.
  3. Company Knowledge Experts that help employees quickly find on-the-job support, including recent company posts, documents, and policies for efficient information retrieval.
  4. Internet-based GPTs that enable employees to access ChatGPT-like services directly from within the MangoApps environment, providing content creation and research capabilities to employees of any type.

  IT teams and admins are also equipped with comprehensive AI service oversight, which enables strict monitoring and management of AI tool utilization.
  
  AI Experts can also be connected to MangoApps’ Managed LLMs, whose AI infrastructure is hosted on Azure Cloud and managed by MangoApps. When using MangoApps’ Managed LLMs, all prompts, outputs, embeddings, and knowledge base data are never used to train, retrain, or improve any AI models.
