Shift Swapping

• Staff can submit requests to swap shifts with colleagues. Requests are sent to managers for approval where they can un-assign affected shifts for shift-bidding or re-assign them, using Quinyx to prioritize staff who are most appropriate with respect to skills, hours worked, availability and contracts.

Shift Swapping

Any affected shifts in the leave period can be unassigned and left open for shift bidding or reassigned to an appropriate colleague with Quinyx helping managers make the right choice with respect to skills, availability, agreements and time rules.

Qmail

• Enable staff to communicate with staff and managers via Qmail, Quinyx's native messenger in the Quinyx mobile app. Managers can share messages by shift type, location, department, etc. Equipped with read receipts and push notifications this creates a powerful way to share important content with staff.

Pulse Surveys

• Use Quinyx's pulse feature to stay proactive with staff needs and concerns share dynamic surveys with staff that can be anonymized or non-anonymized. Our pulse surveys boast an adoption rate over 95 percent being native to the Quinyx app where staff are managing their schedule and communication with colleagues daily.
