How we use AI

Kudos’ AI Recognition Assistant is an optional tool built on artificial intelligence that streamlines and simplifies the process of writing a recognition message.

Benefit: The AI Recognition Assistant removes common barriers to sending recognition such as language barriers or lack of time to write meaningful messages. With some initial details provided by the user, in a single click the recognition assistant will write an entire meaningful recognition message in the desired language with correct grammar and spelling. Users are given the option to revert back to the original content if they do not want to use the AI-generated message content.
Data Use: Original message information is processed by the AI model for the purpose of generating the AI-written recognition message. Kudos does not train its AI Recognition Assistant using any customer data or inputs. Neither the original message, nor the content that is re-written by the assistant, is retained by Kudos.

The AI Recognition Assistant is an optional feature and can be disabled at the company level by an administrator with sufficient privileges.
