We had reviewed many wellness programs before we found KrowdFit. KrowdFit was the only wellness program that we thought would be motivating to our employees (winning money!), and it is very easy to administrate for the employer. It is not a lot of extra work to manage the KrowdFit program. For those employees that use KrowdFit, it is clear that they are paying closer attention to what they eat, how many steps or their activity level. I have seen better employee engagement around KrowdFit, and interest in wellness as a result.

Employee engagement is one of the primary benefits we’ve seen. Beyond that, it’s made for a really positive way to interact with employees when they win. People like to be rewarded for their efforts, and this allows us to not only provide a potential financial incentive that we wouldn’t be able to offer otherwise, but it gives us a way to celebrate their efforts with them. It’s also fun to have conversations with those who are working really hard to win.

We have definitely seen a boost in the morale of the employees who are participating, especially my one lucky $5,000 winner. I will never forget the day I saw his name pop up as a winner. I almost fell down the stairs trying to get to him to tell him to check his account. When he pulled up his homepage, he was speechless. Absolutely speechless. The excitement around here on Mondays is crazy as everyone is on eggshells waiting to see if they are this weeks’ lucky winner!
