VidCruiter integrates with ADP Recruiting Management to allow candidate data to flow seamlessly from ADP into the VidCruiter platform. HR practitioners can push candidate details from ADP and load the data into VidCruiter without having to manually enter it.

This solution is only for ADP clients that have the ADP Recruiting Management product. Other fees may apply.

Pre-Recorded Video Interviews

VidCruiter’s pre-recorded video interviewing solution allows organizations to streamline their screening interviews. Instead of spending time coordinating and conducting interviews directly, recruiters can provide candidates with a predetermined set of questions, and they record their responses on their own time. Recruiters then review the candidate’s responses at a time that is convenient for them.

Live Video Interviewing

Having a live interaction with a candidate is an important part of determining if they are the right fit for the role. Unfortunately, scheduling an in-person interview is time-consuming and costly, especially when travel is involved. With live video interviewing, recruiters and candidates can connect via the live video platform and complete an interview remotely.
