Automated Employee Information Sync
The Ving connector will automatically set up each employee with valid contact information in the Ving platform. Each employee can then be assigned a training course. All applicable updates made to an employee record in ADP Workforce Now® will automatically be made in the Ving platform, eliminating dual entry and unnecessary maintenance tasks.
Automated Filters and Reports
Ving also uses Workforcenow® demographic information to set up labels. Ving uses labels as a way to organize your employees.
Information such as Worker Type Code, Assignment, Term Code, Work Level Code, Job Title, Location, and more create labels. Labels quickly enable users to filter from all employees to subgroups of interest.
