ActionTrac syncs with ADP Vantage HCM on three levels - initial employee download from ADP Vantage to ActionTrac. Secondly changes to Employee profiles in ADP Vantage such as email or phone are synced with ActionTrac. and thirdly any New Hires or Terminated employees in ADP Vantage are synced with ActionTrac as well. This enables only having to change or update one system (ADP Vantage HCM) to keep ActionTrac in sync.
