We dedicate on-site and virtual ADP Workforce Now® support (70+ hours): HR Excellence by ADP Professional Services and your dedicated Human Capital Management (HCM) consultant can automate, decrease or eliminate many of your tedious and time-consuming HR tasks to help you reach your operational goals. Through ADP Workforce Now, we can provide assistance with HCM concerns and share best-practice solutions, so you and your team are prepared for key HCM events throughout the year. We will analyze your challenges, guide you towards meeting or exceeding your HR objectives. Features can include: Efficiency and ROI Recommendations, Employee Self-Service (ESS) Utilization Analysis, Turnover Analysis, Recruitment Module Reporting and more.** “My experience with HR Excellence has been amazing. Annual ADP Workforce Now Utilization Review

• You and your team engage onsite and virtually.
• Have your entire Workforce Now® system reviewed and analyzed.
• Receive a detailed analysis report that can be used as you partner with your dedicated HCM Consultant to improve utilization throughout the year.
• Benefit from expert recommendations delivered during a collaborative onsite meeting.
• Get help realizing a greater ROI.

Employee Self-Service (ESS) Utilization Analysis

• Receive expert analysis and detailed reviews of your employee’s current usage of your ESS system.
• Learn how to increase usage.
• Upload quarterly updates to your company’s home page, such as news, announcements, anniversaries and up to five new documents (e.g. benefit plans and policy acknowledgements) per quarter.
• Annual review of mobile utilization and update configuration as needed for enhanced utilization.

Insightful HCM Analysis

• Partner with your team to develop an HR Scorecard and KPI’s for measuring department performance.
• Review HR Scorecard metrics and discuss/prepare required modifications.
