Online Quoting
GoBenefits will perform immediate quoting for companies with 1-50 employees. Groups with more than 50 employees will need to be underwritten.
Online Enrollment
The GoBenefits platform simplifies open enrollment. Once the plans and rates are chosen, they are configured within 24 hours to prepare for open enrollment. GoBenefits supports an Amazon-like shopping cart for adding plans that fit employees’ needs. Shop for medical, vision, dental and life products. Once the enrollment is finished, all selections are communicated to the carrier electronically and payroll deductions are applied to the worker record on ADP Workforce Now®.
COBRA Tracking and Reporting
GoBenefits tracks employee COBRA notifications, such as date offered or accepted, for timely reporting to the employee and carrier.
Control your Costs
With our ‘Defined Contribution’ option, you choose what you want to spend on each employee and the employees do the rest. The best part is, no matter which plans or how many plans you choose from the package, your costs stay the same.
No Paperwork!
Employer and employee forms are automatically generated after enrollment is complete. Electronic signature validates these forms so sensitive information does not need to be faxed or emailed.
