Integration Details
QuickBooks Time Connector integrates with RUN Powered by ADP (RUN) to provide easy tracking of employee hours. Once your employees track time, then you choose when to sync data to RUN. When you sync, QuickBooks Time will send employee hours and paid time off data to RUN, and employee names and company contact information will be updated in QuickBooks Time.

What type of integration is it?
- QuickBooks Time utilizes single sign-on for easy user access between applications. QuickBooks Time has implemented the Data Connector and the sync is performed by the Payroll or HR Admin.
What data will be sent from QuickBooks Time to ADP?
- QuickBooks Time will send the following data for each employee that has recorded time worked:
1. Time (hours)
2. Overtime hours
3. Paid time off hours

- 1. Company name
2. Company website
3. Employee first name
4. Employee last name
5. Employee phone number
6. Employee email address
7. Employee ID
8. Employee pay frequency
