This application integrates ADP Workforce Now® with Trakstar, the best-in-class performance management and employee engagement tool, to streamline performance reviews, 360 feedback, surveys, goal tracking, and succession planning within your organization. This integration automatically imports your ADP Workforce Now employees into Trakstar, allowing you to get up and running in no time. Employee data can be synchronized on a daily or weekly basis.

You can choose whether your users log in with single sign-on through ADP, or get a separate set of Trakstar credentials. Existing Trakstar customers can also use this application to automatically keep their Trakstar users up-to-date with ADP Workforce Now.
