Insynctive Connector for ADP Workforce Now®

Insynctive has an exceptional self-service user experience, where employees fill out and update their own personal information, fill and sign forms online, access electronic pay stubs, and make changes in W-4 and direct deposit information. They also get to choose and manage their benefits online.

Insynctive can be rapidly configured to meet any company’s specific HR workflows, including document-based workflows that require participants to view, fill and sign forms. For example, if your HR onboarding process requires employees to sign a variety of documents unique to your company, a custom workflow made up of a series of sequenced tasks can be set up in minutes for employees to fill and sign these documents online. This includes enabling fillable form fields and electronic signatures, and routing documents to multiple people for review and signatures as needed.

The integration between Insynctive and Workforce Now provides a single source for key data elements that are shared between HR, benefits and payroll. This saves you time, reduces errors, and increases the integrity of your organization's data. If employees are already in Workforce Now, their data can be conveniently bulk imported into Insynctive. From that point on, key HR information ranging from personal details to job information can be managed in Insynctive as the source of truth, and synchronized with ADP. When additions or changes are made in Insynctive, ADP can be updated immediately or via a daily automatic update.

The Insynctive benefits administration solution is a highly configurable benefit communications, election, enrollment, and transaction system for small group and large group products and services. Built for benefit brokers, HR Outsourcers and Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and their small and large group clients, Insynctive includes carriers, plan types and a variety of rate structures and libraries, plus Insynctive supports the needs of small groups where carriers require the submission of PDF enrollment forms. These forms are pre-filled so that employees can get through the process with greater accuracy and speed. Once complete and reviewed the applications and forms are sent via electronic envelopes for HIPAA compliant and secure transmission to the carriers. A forms library is available of pre-mapped forms.

The integration between Insynctive and ADP Workforce Now provides a single source for key data elements that are shared between HR and payroll. This saves you time, reduces errors, and increases the integrity of your organization's data. Synchronization is bi-directional. Changes can be synchronized immediately at the time a change is made, or done in batch, where synchronization is set to happen once every 24 hours at a specified time.
