Integration Details

CompensationXL features a data load integration with ADP Workforce Now®, pulling employee worker compensation data.

The integration also enables users to authenticate into CompensationXL using single sign-on (SSO) from ADP Marketplace or from a quicklink in ADP Workforce Now.

  • CompXL Reads the following data fields
    1. Basic worker demographic information including name, hire date, work status, job title, manager/reports to hierarchy.
    2. Base Remuneration - The base or primary pay (i.e. salary, wage) associated to a work assignment.
    3. Additional Remunerations including all other forms of compensation beyond the base pay associated to a given work assignment.
    4. Pay Grade Pay Range - The pay range of the pay grade.
    5. Custom Fields - custom fields as needed to support the planning process.
